Click the Link below to view the publication.November 25, 2008, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released its long-awaited interim final rule on the Importer Security Filing (ISF), also known as 10+2. Under this rule, which began January 26, 2009, importers are required to provide CBP with additional advance data elements for all ocean vessel shipments inbound to the United States.
