Frank A. Daman - President

Frank A. Daman, President and Chief Financial Officer of The Hipage Company, Inc., is responsible for establishing and maintaining the short and long term goals of the company.

During his career with Hipage, Mr. Daman has held increasingly responsible positions in accounting, brokerage, customer service, international logistics, supply chain management and freight forwarding.

Mr. Daman graduated with a BS in accounting from Old Dominion University in 1972 and joined Hipage in 1974 as the Corporate Controller. He navigates the executive team through growth acquisition and merger opportunities, while constantly maintaining a high commitment to both domestic and international customers and partners. Mr. Daman is responsible for providing technology leadership, specifically the development and implementation of new Information Technology Programs and Systems.

Under Mr. Daman's leadership he has positioned the company to compete on a global basis with industry leaders providing logistical solutions to an expanding client base.

A. Wayne Myrick -  Executive Vice President

A. Wayne Myrick is the Executive Vice President for The Hipage Company, Inc. After graduating from Campbell University, Mr. Myrick joined corporate operations in 1971. In 1979 he became a licensed U.S. Customs Broker and has contributed significantly to the company's expanded business presence and acclaimed customer service.

Early experience in Customs Brokerage and traffic logistics provided Mr. Myrick a solid operational foundation in international business. This foundation of technical knowledge and expertise earned him the promotion to Executive Vice President in the year 1999.

As Executive Vice President, Mr. Myrick provides oversight and direction for day to day Customs processes, administrative requirements and regulatory activities. He is also responsible for sales, marketing, strategic planning and customer service. Working with a superior management team, Mr. Myrick has been instrumental in the firm's migration to a full service transportation and brokerage company.

Linwood D. Beckner - Executive Vice President

Linwood D. Beckner, Executive Vice President, began his career with The Hipage Company Inc. in 1974. A licensed Customs Broker, Mr. Beckner's career emphasis has been in Customs Brokerage, with a more recent concentration in cash flow analysis and general fiscal policies. His responsibilities include managing the overall financial condition of the company on a daily basis as well as corporate strategic development.

Mr. Beckner has been very involved in local, state and national industry associations, having served as an officer and/or director of the Customs Brokers & Freight Forwarders Association of Virginia; Hampton Roads Foreign Commerce Club; Hampton Roads Traffic Club; Propeller Club of The United States-Port of Norfolk; Economic Development Committee of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce and Director of the Virginia Maritime Association. He was Chairman of the 1992 Virginia Conference on World Trade and Co-Chairman of the 50th Anniversary Conference in 1998 as well as a delegate to the Southeast U.S. Japan Joint Conference in 1996 and to the U.S. Korea Joint Conference in 1998.

With over 30 years of experience in the logistics marketplace, Mr. Beckner is well suited to guide Hipage into the future.
